Customer Success Manager

About the Role:
Freshworks is seeking a highly skilled Lead Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our top-tier customers achieve their business objectives and maximize value from our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and growth of Freshworks products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless 360-degree support to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to advocate for our 'Customers for Life' philosophy.
- Provide coaching and education to improve adoption of Freshworks products.
- Identify and manage risk throughout the year through proactive touchpoints and resolution strategies.
- Turn successful customers into advocates through reference calls, case studies, webinars, and blogs.
Requirements:
- At least 10+ years of Customer Success or related experience in a B2B environment.
- Background as a Consultant, Solution Engineer, or Solution Architect is a plus.
- Experience influencing change in a complex organization.
- Experience presenting a technology suite of products within an existing portfolio of accounts.
- Business level proficiency in one of the Nordics languages.
