- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including ALM department, 2nd line ALM, and ALCO committees
- Align the ALM domain's work with the FRBG data and IT architecture
- Manage the balance between IT4IT and ALM stakeholder priorities
- HBO/ University education
- 10+ years of work experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role
- Drive to improve self and the team
- Proactive posture, constructively challenging
- Communication in English is necessary at times
- Knowledge of/ affinity with ALM/ Finance/ Risk
- Knowledge of/ affinity with change management and delivery
