Job Title: Financial Administration Manager

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading our financial administration department to achieve accurate and timely financial reporting. You will oversee a team of 4 Team Leaders and indirectly manage 15 team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Control:
    • Collaborate with the Head of Finance and CFO to ensure effective internal controls.
    • Develop and improve procedures and processes to mitigate risks.
    • Ensure adequate division of duties between teams.
  • Projects:
    • Initiate projects to improve financial administration and reporting.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare and review monthly financial reports.
    • Monitor timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting.
    • Prepare audit documentation.
  • Administration:
    • Oversee proper execution of tasks by team members.
    • Monitor and improve liquidity forecasting, insurance portfolio management, and cash receipt processes.
  • Management:
    • Lead, coach, and motivate team members.
    • Monitor team performance and adherence to our code of conduct.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management role, with experience in managing large teams in financial administration.
  • Minimal Bachelor's degree with a focus related to the core of the job.
  • Preferably qualified accountant with audit manager experience.
  • Result-oriented, analytical, and detail-focused.
  • Good communicator and team player.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Retail experience and knowledge of SAP are a plus.
