Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director Assortment Planning Men's to join our team at Nike. As a key member of our Demand and Supply Management (DSM) function, you will play a crucial role in defining and crafting consumer demand for Men's products, while also driving strategic growth and optimizing in-season performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the In-Season Planning team for NDDC in EMEA, ensuring Top Down/Bottoms Up Plans drive sustainable growth and meet strategic objectives.
  • Accountable for in-season trade actions delivering on channel financial targets, within CFOP product intent guardrails.
  • Oversee Men's end-to-end planning, both in-season and pre-season, being the first point of contact for the Men's business as integrator.
  • Manage and Lead in-season trading from DSM point of view and responsive business decisions to optimize NDDC Revenue, Margin, and Inventory, balancing with CFOP total MP health.
  • Inform and influence multi-season Planning Rolling Forecast to optimize marketplace through NDDC strategy.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of work experience in digital retail assortment planning, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver best-in-class digital assortment plans.
  • Experience with retail KPI's and understanding of the importance and value of end-to-end planning.
  • Leadership skills, with a passion for people and talent development, as well as strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Ability to generate hypothesis-driven analysis and translate insights into action.
  • Risk management skills, leveraging data and analytics to inform risk insights and achieve stakeholder alignment on issues and risk mitigation action plans.
  • Analytics skills, with knowledge of data science and ability to incorporate buy-in.
  • Consumer focus, with ability to ground yourself quickly in consumer needs and marketplace trends.
  • Influence skills, with ability to structure high-impact communications and tailor communication to influence various audiences.
