About the Role

Kraton is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Almere. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a critical role in providing financial support to our finance director and driving business growth through reliable, timely, and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly forecasts, quarterly board decks, and annual budgets to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Provide timely and relevant financial analysis and reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including statements, tables, and visual graphs.
  • Assist the finance director in managing the corporate financial forecasting model and provide steering information to key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly Board of Director presentations and quarterly and annual public filings.
  • Perform ad hoc reports and special projects as requested by the finance director.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of accounting policies and practices, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and provide insights.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • SAP experience (FI/COPA/BI) is preferred, as is experience with BPC and cost accounting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid judgment and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing accurate and timely financial information.
