The Digital Hardware Coordinator is part of the Digital Turnaround Hardware Support Teams, responsible for the effective implementation of Turnaround MET applications focused on digital tool and hardware implementation as well as proper use within related work processes.

The Digital Hardware Coordinator is responsible for:
  • Supporting the Digital Turnaround model, including tools, applications, and training.
  • Worker and Asset Visibility tool support, including equipment assembly, inventory, storage, logistics, transportation, diagnostics, management, planning, deployment, maintenance, and site support during execution.
  • Engaging with local work groups in FEL for planning.
  • Managing the care and troubleshooting of hardware, including mobile kiosks, mobile devices, Wireless Access Points, solar arrays, BLE enabled devices/systems, RFID, bar coding handheld devices, and others as specified by client.
  • Partnering with other team members to ensure proper creation and documentation of work processes, procedures, client requests, and troubleshooting results.
  • Providing training and knowledge transfer to support team members as required.

Je profiel

Education: MBO level 4 E&I (profile EQF 4 or higher). IT skills are a plus, but not a requirement. IT skills can be trained on the job. Excellent personal communication skills are essential. People skills and a hands-on mentality are very important.

Long-term assignment; English language is mandatory. Dutch language is a plus. Please note that this job requires regular travel abroad.
