Key Responsibilities- Support the team leader in budgetary and subsidy control activities.
- Participate in the development of rates and factors for Thales NL.
- Responsible for several Thales NL reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Oversee budgetary control of various departments within Thales NL.
- Contribute to process improvements, including the implementation of new IT applications.
- Perform various ad-hoc activities as required.
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on candidate with a passion for finance, who thrives in an informal and international environment. You should have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, several years of work experience, and excellent English communication skills. Financial knowledge of reporting, controlling, and accounting is essential. You should be curious, question current processes, and possess the ability to work independently and proactively. Good communication skills are critical to your success in this role.
