We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam North Riverside. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests in the bar, restaurant, and breakfast buffet areas.
  • Prepare the board/meeting rooms to the highest standards.
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks with a smile.
  • Maintain the bar and floor areas, as well as the equipment, to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Restock and replenish supplies and inventory to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist in the preparation of the place for service, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Promote hospitality within our hotel standards, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
