About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Process Excellence Manager to join our team at Rituals. As a key member of our HR organization, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a global process framework to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Global HR Process Excellence team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with the Centres of Expertise to understand and translate their vision and best practices into actionable plans.
  • Act as an ambassador for Global HR processes, systems, and guidelines, and navigate organizational changes.
  • Lead a team of 9 HR Process Experts working in different HR domains.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or master's degree and over 5 years of relevant work experience in HR processes and HR solutions.
  • Broad knowledge of legislation, coordination of processes, reporting, compliance, HR systems, and procedures.
  • Strong project, stakeholder, and change management experience.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to build a service-centered culture.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Influential skills to drive results cross-functionally and in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to identify training needs and deliver 1:1 coaching.
  • Effective listening and communication skills, fluency in English.
  • Excellent people management and staff development skills.
