Job Title: HR Operations Global Process Owner

Coty is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Global Process Owner to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Coty's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with global regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with Accenture Shared Service Centers and local Coty HR Operational Teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Design and implement process improvements to optimize employee and manager experience.
  • Leverage technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Drive integration and automation initiatives to minimize double data entry and leverage HR data effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with market innovations and best practices to continuously improve processes.
Requirements:
  • BS Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations and Global Payroll Management.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.
  • Strategic vision and comprehensive understanding of HR-wide processes.
  • Global mindset and cultural awareness.
  • Experience as a GPO global lead and project management skills.
  • Payroll and HR admin functional knowledge.
  • Technology understanding.
