About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Permit Advisor to join our team at Kracht Recruitment. As a Permit Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with complex permit conditions in the execution phase of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the permit process, ensuring compliance with permit conditions and regulations
  • Provide input for project planning, estimation, and risks and opportunities
  • Share knowledge within project teams on current laws and regulations
  • Advise project teams on permits and laws and regulations
  • Maintain contact with government agencies, consulting firms, and other stakeholders
  • Identify changes in laws and regulations and translate them into practice

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in permit granting in a large to medium-sized contractor, engineering firm, or in the public sector
  • Current knowledge of laws and regulations in the area of GWW, construction, and/or environmental law
  • Experience with UAV-GC and Systems engineering
  • If you also have knowledge and experience in areas such as ecology, utilities, archaeology, and environmental management, this role is perfect for you
