Are you a sales leader looking to drive business growth and innovation? We're seeking a charismatic Sales Director to join our team at INDG, the software branch of Grip. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth by at least 50% year-on-year.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing sales department by implementing and adhering to proven sales strategies.
  • Ensure our sales pipeline is always buzzing with opportunities, smooth out any kinks, and perfect our funnel management.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with a solid track record in a relevant industry (bonus points if it's in CPG).
  • Proven entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for innovation and strategic growth.
  • Deep knowledge of content creation, familiarity with generative AI, and insight into industry dynamics for effective strategic planning and innovation.
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CRM systems and sales automation tools? You're all over them.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
