Main Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team, focusing on securing excellent quality of parts delivered by suppliers.
  • You will serve as a key interface between ASML's Development and Engineering department and supplier, ensuring smooth New Product Introduction (NPI), change management, and transfers of PCBA, cable assemblies, populated electronics racks, and cabinets.
  • The ideal candidate will participate in project meetings, change control boards (CCB), contribute to engineering changes for dedicated electronics parts, and demonstrate a strong understanding of manufacturing processes for PCBA, cable assemblies, populated electronics racks, and cabinets.
  • You will partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure first-time-right quality management through early supplier involvement (ESI), preliminary and critical design review, design for manufacturing, assembly, testing, and cost (DFx).
  • A high level of attention to detail is required, along with timely completion of deliverables according to project milestones and documentation.
  • You will manage material quality notifications (MN's), deviation notifications (DN's), and resolve part quality issues.
  • Additionally, you will contribute to supplier development and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-tech environment, with a focus on supplier management, part quality, design, or project management.
