About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at ASML. As a key member of our D&E organization, you will be responsible for securing the industrialization of hardware outsourced to suppliers.
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will work closely with suppliers to utilize their technological capabilities and enhance our designs. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating SQE activities and deliverables, new product introduction, and early supplier involvement in D&E projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining industrialization efforts, including supplier and ASML responsibilities and deliverables via a Statement of Work (SoW).
- Ensuring parts manufacturability, testability, and other dFx aspects are covered in the design phase.
- Delivering qualified parts, including input on and acceptance of specifications and designs, complete and detailed parts qualification processes, and acceptance of qualified parts.
- Defining and maintaining supplier interface processes, including issue resolution, qualification deviation, configuration and change management, and ASML factory disturbances.
- Contributing to supplier development to improve operational excellence by driving execution of existing agreements, improvement actions, and participation in supplier audits.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Broad experience in high-tech industry, complex modules, with a focus on supplier quality management or part quality or project management in engineering.
- Strong networking and negotiating skills, ability to initiate, influence, and steer without formal authority.
- Strong communication skills, ability to switch between complex matters and high-level conclusions.
- Self-propelling, showing initiative and drive, flexible, result-driven, and committed.
- Fluent in English.
