Reservations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team at a luxurious 5-star hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and optimize the daily operation of the reservations department to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies across various hotel departments.
- Provide exceptional communication and service to colleagues and guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Improve the quality and efficiency of work within the reservations department, driving continuous improvement.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional service standards.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and strong stakeholder management skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional service standards.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of €3100 - €3900 gross per month, based on a full-time contract. In addition, we provide attractive secondary employment benefits, including discounts within the hotel chain and fun bonuses.
