Reservations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team at a 5-star hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and optimize the daily operation of the reservations department to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies across various departments to maximize revenue.
- Provide exceptional communication to colleagues and guests to deliver outstanding service.
- Improve the quality and efficiency of work within the reservations department to drive productivity.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional service standards.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with Dutch a plus.
- Commercial acumen and strong stakeholder management skills to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve exceptional service standards.
- Strong time management skills and a collaborative team player.
We offer a competitive salary range of €3100 - €3900 gross per month, plus attractive secondary employment benefits, including discounts within the hotel chain and fun bonuses.
