Job Summary

We're seeking a Community Lead to join our Sales & Marketing and Operations team. As a vital member, you'll focus on community building within the Climate Tech industry, fostering an international community of talent, Climate Tech scale-up customers, and their founders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Organising frequent events to expand our online and offline AI and Climate Tech community.
  • Strengthening our relation with Dutch and German universities and customers.
  • Creating compelling marketing content that aligns with our identity.
  • Planning and executing external events in the Netherlands and Germany.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.
  • Cultivating our internal culture community spanning Berlin, Utrecht, and potential third hub.
  • Coordinating internal events, activities, and programs.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in organising B2B events.
  • You understand our consultancy field of expertise.
  • Track record in online and offline community building.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English with eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have a network in Climate Tech and/or AI Engineering departments of Universities.
  • You have a strong interest in the field of AI & Machine Learning and of course Climate Tech.
  • You are an excellent content designer and feel comfortable writing about tech topics.
