Job Description

TU Delft is seeking a highly motivated PhD candidate to work on a project focused on scalable graph learning. The project aims to identify the trade-offs between combinatorial and neural-network-based approaches in the Graph ML space. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of novel graph neural network architectures and algorithms, and to explore their applications in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement novel graph neural network architectures and algorithms
  • Develop and evaluate scalable graph learning methods
  • Collaborate with the research team to explore applications of graph neural networks in real-world scenarios
  • Contribute to the development of research papers and presentations
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong background in algorithms and complexity analysis
  • Excellent programming skills in Python and C/C++
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
