Commercial Excellence Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Commercial Excellence Analyst to join our team at De Jong Verpakking BV. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial excellence initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • Mathematical background.
  • Knowledge of the Corrugated Packaging Industry is an asset.
  • 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Dutch & German language are assets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools or CRM).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
