Customer Onboarding Specialist

About the Role
The Customer Onboarding Specialist will act as a bridge between the sales and commercial support teams at Corpay. This role requires dedication and focus, with a strong emphasis on building professional rapport with customers to identify their needs and generate selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for onboarding new customers, answering questions, handling objections, and keeping them engaged.
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software.
- Sustain business growth by understanding customer context and goals, and maximizing value through upsell and cross-sell activities.
- Maintain a high-level knowledge of current products and services, processes, policies, and industry trends.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and identify opportunities for growth.
- Eliminate roadblocks in the way of customers' goals, including product implementation, support issues, or customer knowledge gaps.
Requirements
- MBO or HBO degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar field.
- A track record of hitting objectives and embracing new challenges.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new products and explain them to others.
- Analytical and creative in finding solutions for customers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including excellent presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
