About the Role
The Customer Onboarding Specialist will act as a bridge between the sales and commercial support teams at Corpay. This role is responsible for providing essential support and guidance to new customers, helping them navigate through the early stages of product usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for onboarding new customers, answering questions, handling objections, and keeping them engaged.
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software.
- Sustain business growth by understanding customer context and goals, and maximizing value through upsell and cross-sell activities.
- Maintain a high-level knowledge of current products, services, processes, policies, and industry.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Eliminate roadblocks in the way of customers' goals, such as product implementation, support issues, or customer knowledge gaps.
- Improve product adoption, customer retention, and foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customer base.
Requirements
- MBO or HBO degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar field.
- A track record of hitting objectives and embracing new challenges.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new products and explain them to others.
- Analytical and creative in finding solutions for customers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including excellent presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
