Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Corpay. This role will act as a bridge between our sales and commercial support teams, providing essential support and guidance to new customers as they navigate through the early stages of product usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new customers, answering questions, handling objections, and keeping them engaged;
  • Assist customers with setting up and navigating our programs or software;
  • Sustain business growth by understanding customer context and maximizing value through upsell and cross-sell activities;
  • Maintain a high-level knowledge of our current products and services, processes, policies, and industry trends;
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and identify opportunities to increase revenue;
  • Eliminate roadblocks in the way of customers' goals, including product implementation, support issues, and customer knowledge gaps;
  • Improve product adoption, customer retention, and foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customer base;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar field;
  • Proven track record of hitting objectives and embracing new challenges;
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new products and explain them to others;
  • Analytical and creative in finding solutions for customers;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills;
  • Strong commercial acumen;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce;
