Administrative Assistant II Manager

Administrative Assistant II Manager in the Faculty of Engineering
HKU seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Administrative Assistant II Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of quality assurance matters, research grants, and research supporting schemes. They will also be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and policies for research, serve on Faculty committees, and perform other duties as assigned.
The appointee will have a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' experience at supervisory level, preferably in tertiary institutions or a related sector. They will have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and be a good team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
