About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Arvato, a leading provider of contract logistics services. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for our key accounts, maintaining contact with existing clients, and contributing to achieving commercial objectives on an international level.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Contribute to achieving commercial objectives on an international level, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Proactively investigate client needs, translating them into creative solutions and action plans
  • Lead or support new implementations for key clients, driving growth and expansion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on transport management services and import/export obligations
Your Profile
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international contract logistics environment
  • Strong financial expertise and sales skills, with the ability to conduct negotiations and establish budget agreements
  • Proven team management and leadership skills, with experience in coaching, motivating, and developing teams
  • Effective stakeholder management, with the ability to maintain and optimize relationships with strategic clients
