Customer Service Representative

At Michael Kors, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • College degree (HBO or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in B2B customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in English and any additional main European language (Italian).
