About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at VidaXL. As a Dutch speaking customer service agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
