About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Michael Kors. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Enter, manage, and release orders, reorders, and swaps with the support of the Customer Service Assistant.
  • Monitor order status and accuracy during the selling campaigns.
  • Organize shipments in EEC territories and prepare weekly reports.
  • Develop and maintain good partnerships with customer contacts and enter return authorizations.
  • Learn and navigate system entry tools and reporting tools with an analytical approach.
  • Act promptly and independently to tackle and solve issues.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Sales Agents, Accountancy, and Logistics.

Requirements

  • College degree (HBO or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in B2B Customer Service.
  • Computer literate with good skills in Excel and other IT systems.
  • Knowledge of English and any additional main European language (Italian).
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance of Fashion/Luxury organizations.
