Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our Compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on compliance matters, including risk management and regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure effective controls are in place.
  • Review and update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and provide timely advice to management on compliance implications.
  • Act as primary contact for regulatory authorities and liaison with local regulatory bodies.
  • Support the Head of Compliance on reporting requirements and compliance breaches.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Law or related field.
  • Experience in compliance or risk-related roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
