About the Role:
Ecolab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our Institutional business in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of Territory Managers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and service goals by managing a team of Territory Managers and developing strategies to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of Territory Managers, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and management, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
