About Us: Dumilco Distribution Group is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to expanding our market presence and delivering high-quality products to our customers worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced International Trader to drive sales growth in Western and Eastern Europe.
Job Description: As an International Trader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence in Western and Eastern Europe. You will identify and establish relationships with key distributors, retailers, and other potential partners, conduct market research, and negotiate contracts and terms of sale with clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in Western and Eastern Europe.
- Identify and establish relationships with key distributors, retailers, and other potential partners.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with clients and partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, specifically in the beer, beverages, food products, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven experience in European market, with a strong network of contacts in Western and Eastern Europe.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French/German or other local languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
