About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Data Platform Engineer to join our Data Platform team. The team's responsibilities include:
- Deploying and maintaining data-related open-source tools, such as Airflow and DataHub.
- Developing, deploying, and maintaining in-house data solutions written in Python.
- Maintaining and developing infrastructure related to data, including cloud storage solutions, data access policies, and infrastructure needed to support applications.
- Directly monitoring and maintaining several data-related services.
About You
- Experience with managing and maintaining corporate-level cloud platform environments.
- Experience in managing cloud storage solutions, including Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 and Delta Lake.
- A high-quality software development mindset.
- Programming/scripting languages, including Python, SQL, dbt, and Terraform.
- Software experience with Airflow, Databricks, Spark, and Argo (Events, CD, Workflow) is a plus.
- Knowledge and interest in Azure, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Helm is a plus.
- The salary range is approximately €3,400 to €4,500 per month.
