This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to join the ASP EMEA Credit and Customer Financing team in Germany or the Netherlands. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the daily collection activities of Germany and other markets in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and investigate historical data for aged debt.
- Contact clients to inquire about overdue payments and take actions to encourage timely payments.
- Resolve financial disputes and customer credit block issues, and update account status records and collection efforts.
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status, and perform other duties assigned by your management team.
- Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
Requirements:
- Middle Degree level in Accounting or a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Minimum of 2.5 years of practical experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English and German (other European or Middle East languages are a plus).
- Highly diligent and organized, with the ability to travel and visit customers on site.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and third parties.
- At least 2 years of SAP Experience (FI and CM).
- Excel skills.
