About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Lead Data Sourcing F&R Data to join our team at ABN Amro. As a key member of our Finance & Risk Data Domain, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Finance & Risk data sourcing.

Your primary focus will be on representing the interests of the bank, supervisors, and other key stakeholders within applicable processes and procedures, external legislation & regulations, and internal policies in the field of (Finance & Risk) Data.

You will provide direct leadership to 5 to 10 employees (Product Owners and Business Developers) and indirect leadership to 50+ employees. In this role, you will make decisions based on strategic banking interests without losing sight of daily deliverables.

About the Team

The Finance & Risk Data Domain is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG) and plays an active role for all Finance and Risk departments. We employ 300+ international professionals with different backgrounds who are driven to bring Finance & Risk data management to a structurally higher level.

Our aim is to generate reliable data on time for internal decision-making and external reporting. We do this by improving the Finance & Risk data itself, data systems, and data processes. We work with an Agile operating model.

About You

You are an experienced leader with a strong background in data sourcing and a passion for Finance & Risk Management. You have excellent communication skills, a proactive nature, and a strong ability to work with stakeholders.

You have a higher professional education (Bsc.) or degree (WO/Msc.) and 10+ years of relevant work experience, preferably 5+ years in a managerial role. You are a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and great people management skills.
