Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Michelin. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Capture, record, and commit customer orders according to customer needs, agreement, and defined service level.
  • Product Alternatives: Propose product alternatives in case of phase-out or shortage.
  • Delivery Coordination: Optimize, plan, and coordinate delivery with customers and partners.
Execution Monitoring
  • Order Portfolio Management: Handle customer orders portfolio and monitor execution.
  • Partnership Liaison: Liaise with relevant partners to ensure on-time deliveries and service commitment.
  • Customer Alert: Proactively alert customers in case of any event, delay, or failure regarding the service commitment and engage in the search for a solution.
  • Customer Follow-up: Inform and follow up with customers.
Request Management
  • Customer Request Capture: Capture customer's requests and claims.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze and provide issue resolution or appropriate answer.
  • Customer Communication: Contact, follow up, and close the loop with customers.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform basic root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate reoccurrences.
  • Problem Sharing: Share recurring problems with relevant internal partners to find solutions.
Sales Support
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Seize opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell in response to customer orders, requests, and portfolio management.
Work Method Application and Improvement
  • Standard Application: Apply standards and procedures, including internal control rules and embargo.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance work methods and customer satisfaction.
