About the Role

The Solution Implementation Engineer is a key member of the Functional Expert Services Team within the Enablon Professional Services Department. This team is dedicated to designing, developing, and maintaining Enablon Best Practice Templates and Certified add-ons, which are pre-configured solutions and features developed to enhance client implementation of Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Modules.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the setup, configuration, testing, delivery, and documentation of Enablon Best Practice Templates and Certified add-ons to meet new customer/market needs.
  • Work with Business Analysts to identify software solutions to meet business needs and provide technical expertise to determine feasibility and fit for business requirements.
  • Implement Best Practice Templates' enhancements and Certified add-ons.
  • Perform configurations, scripting, and solutions adaptations to implement requirements.
  • Enable and configure new features introduced by the Enablon Product Team.
  • Assist in packaging Settings & Data Content related to Best Practice Templates.
  • Track and troubleshoot issues related to configuration, network, security, performance, database, and deliver fixes.
  • Support the Enablon Upgrade Services Team with the upgrades of the Best Practices Templates.
  • Support technical activities and discussions with the Professional Services Team, Quality Assurance Team, and Upgrade Services Team during internal project activities.
  • Participate in various internal initiatives related to Best Practice Templates, such as Automated Tests, and End-To-End Testing.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Assist in developing solution delivery practices, processes, and methodologies.
  • Analyze technical feasibility and estimate implementation effort.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts related to technology implementation.
  • Nice to have: 1+ years working in a software engineering or implementation consultant role.
  • Experience in Software Product Development or Software Implementation.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycle and activities.
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C, C++, VB,.NET, and other web technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of database design concepts.
