About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inbound Sales Intern to join our team at Zenchef. As a result of our continued success, we are receiving a steady flow of leads from restaurants interested in exploring how Zenchef can benefit their business. To meet this demand, we are expanding our inbound team.

This team plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our potential customers, who are often website sign-ups expressing interest in working with Zenchef. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team are key to success in this role.

As an Inbound Sales Intern, you will play a key role in driving our growth through managing inbound requests. You will be supported by Customer Onboarding Managers. Working closely with your colleagues, your focus will be on qualifying and converting inbound leads into new clients; communicating, demoing and showcasing the Zenchef product.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Inbound Process: Be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, setting the stage for their successful onboarding with our platform.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Help restaurants by recommending the right software solutions to optimize their operations and enhance business performance.
  • Leverage Market Knowledge: Use your understanding of the industry and competitors to communicate Zenchef's unique selling points, showcasing how we stand out from the crowd.
  • Adapt and Grow with Us: Be part of a fast-growing team where your adaptability and flexibility will shine. Your fresh ideas and initiative will be highly valued as we scale together.
  • Be the Go-To Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, building strong initial relationships and ensuring their needs are properly understood.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills, both within the team and externally
  • A hands-on mentality and passion for the restaurant industry
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to work in a structured way
  • Native fluency in Dutch and exceptional English language skills, and pre: German, Swedish or Danish
