Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for accounting, financial planning, and cost accounting analysis to support operational activities and strategic plans for Europe Third Party Manufacturers (TPM).
Key Responsibilities:- Support Abbott Product Operation Manufacturing Europe in planning and updating (LBE) operations.
- Provide financial analysis support to business units in various fields.
- Establish and maintain standard cost settings and related analyses.
- Calculate monthly manufacturing variances and analyze the results.
- Reconcile consigned inventory between Abbott and TPMs, and resolve variances with logistics, quality department, and TPMs.
- Handle month-end and year-end closings, including variance analysis of the Profit and Loss accounts.
- Support monthly loss and profit result meetings with management and headquarters.
- Identify and financially coordinate inventory at risk with colleagues in multidisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate annual inventory counts at TPMs.
- Bachelor's degree in economics and relevant work experience.
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Able to work in virtual multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication within the finance department and with business managers, senior managers, and employees at TPMs.
