Project SHE-Q Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SHE-Q Manager to join our Subsea Cables team. As a SHE-Q Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) aspects of our projects are managed effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing SHE-Q plans and procedures to ensure compliance with Boskalis and contractual client agreements.
- Coordinating and performing verification audits and inspections on the project, including sub-contractors.
- Monitoring and reporting progress on the implementation of SHE-Q plans, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Building and leading a Project SHE-Q organization and contributing to supplier and sub-contractor management.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of five years' professional SHE-Q experience in a marine/maritime environment. You should have a good command of English (written and spoken) and be enthusiastic and passionate about SHE-Q management.
