Your primary focus will be on setting up and facilitating key processes, including risk management, incident/NCR management, and SHE-Q related training. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting progress, coordinating verification audits and inspections, and building and leading a Project SHE-Q organization.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and facilitate key SHE-Q processes, including risk management, incident/NCR management, and SHE-Q related training.
- Monitor and report progress on the implementation of SHE-Q plans, ensuring compliance with contract agreements and Boskalis SHE-Q standards.
- Coordinate and perform verification audits and inspections on the project, including sub-contractors.
- Build and lead a Project SHE-Q organization, contributing to supplier and sub-contractor management.
- A minimum of five years' professional SHE-Q experience in a marine/maritime environment.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Enthusiasm and passion for SHE-Q management, with the ability to take others along in this.
- Experience in setting up and managing a SHE-Q project organization.
- Experience in value-adding and process-oriented auditing and incident investigation.
- The ability to minimize the administrative burden for the project.
- Excellent training, writing, and investigation skills.
