Job Description

Boskalis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SHE-Q Manager to join our Subsea Cables team. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our No Injuries No Accidents (NINA) and Way of Working (WoW) programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a robust SHE-Q management system, ensuring compliance with Boskalis and contractual client agreements.
  • Monitor and report progress on the implementation of SHE-Q plans, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring alignment with contract agreements and Boskalis SHE-Q standards.
  • Coordinate and conduct verification audits and inspections on the project, including sub-contractors, focusing on key project elements and processes.
  • Build and lead a Project SHE-Q organization, contributing to supplier and sub-contractor management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years' professional SHE-Q experience in a marine/maritime environment.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Passion for SHE-Q management and ability to inspire others.
  • Experience in setting up and managing a SHE-Q project organization.
  • Value-added and process-oriented auditing and incident investigation skills.
  • Ability to minimize administrative burden for the project.
  • Excellent training, writing, and investigation skills.
  • Willingness to work on location for up to six weeks at a time, followed by up to four weeks' leave.
