Job Description

As a Project SHE-Q Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the implementation of our No Injuries No Accidents (NINA) and Way of Working (WoW) programs on the project. You will be responsible for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and clients, to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a collaborative working environment, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Coordinate and develop SHE-Q documents and processes, ensuring compliance with Boskalis and contractual client agreements.
  • Monitor and report progress on the implementation of SHE-Q plans, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring adherence to contract agreements and Boskalis SHE-Q standards.
  • Conduct verification audits and inspections on the project, including subcontractors, to ensure compliance with SHE-Q standards.
  • Build and lead a Project SHE-Q organization, contributing to supplier and sub-contractor management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years' professional SHE-Q experience in a marine/maritime environment.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Enthusiasm and passion for SHE-Q management, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Experience in setting up and managing a SHE-Q project organization, as well as value-adding and process-oriented auditing and incident investigation.
  • The ability to minimize administrative burden and provide excellent training, writing, and investigation skills.
  • Willingness to work on location for up to six weeks at a time, followed by up to four weeks' leave.
