Project SHE-Q Manager

Boskalis is seeking a highly skilled Project SHE-Q Manager to join our Subsea Cables SHEQ team.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and facilitating key processes, including risk management, incident/NCR management, and SHE-Q related training. You will also monitor and report progress of the implementation of SHE-Q plans, conforming to contract agreements and Boskalis SHE-Q standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Set up and facilitate key processes: Coordinate and develop documents and processes for SHE-Q, in line with Boskalis and contractual client agreements.
- Monitor and report progress: Track and report on the implementation of SHE-Q plans, conforming to contract agreements and Boskalis SHE-Q standards.
- Coordinate verification audits and inspections: Plan and perform verification audits and inspections on the project, including sub-contractors, based on key project elements and processes.
- Build and lead a Project SHE-Q organization: Establish and manage a Project SHE-Q organization, contributing to supplier and sub-contractor management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum five years' professional SHE-Q experience: In a marine/maritime environment.
- Good command of English: Written and spoken.
- Enthusiasm and passion for SHE-Q management: And the ability to take others along in this.
- Experience in setting up and managing a SHE-Q project organization: And value-adding and process-oriented auditing and incident investigation.
- Ability to minimize administrative burden: And excellent training, writing, and investigation skills.
