Sales Executive Meeting Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Executive Meeting to join our team at Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Landmark. As a Sales Executive Meeting, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing meetings and events at our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and plan meetings and events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide personalized service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Manage event budgets and ensure that events are delivered within budget.
- Collaborate with the hotel's operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
