Overview
IPConfigure is on the lookout for a dedicated Director of Sales to spearhead our efforts in the European market. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic partnerships with resellers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute software sales with determination and focus.
- Enhance revenue streams to support the growth of the sales team.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment of priorities and resources in sales, product development, marketing, engineering, and operations.
- Represent the company at industry trade events and associations.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on customer success.
- In-depth understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets as an individual contributor.
- Proactive in supporting team members to reach their objectives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the sales cycle, with a demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close sales.
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the physical security sector.
