About the Role
You'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers with questions or concerns about our diabetes products. This will involve using your knowledge of disease and therapy to deliver safe and reliable customer service, as well as maintaining up-to-date product and system knowledge to meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product operation, troubleshooting, specifications, warranty, and parts/accessories.
- Ensure compliance with call quality standards and manage time effectively to achieve team and individual KPIs.
- Effectively communicate with customers to resolve issues and answer questions according to department protocols and requirements.
- Accurately document customer feedback and troubleshooting completed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or support experience in a contact centre, office, or helpdesk environment.
- Strong oral and written language skills in Dutch and English.
- Effective multi-tasking skills.
