- Support timely completion of deployment activities within the territory and incentive compensation process area.">
- Coordinate involvement of subject matter experts in key deployment activities.">
- Support activities to enable rapid decision-making and risk resolution.">
- Coordinate with the business enablement team to support change management, training, and business process mapping.">
- Support data cleansing, migration, and conversion to ensure accuracy of enterprise master data and transactional data.">
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of training content.">
- Lead testing activities, including test script reviews, editing, data readiness, and execution.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or equivalent).">
- Masters in Business Administration, Finance, or Data Science is preferred.">
- Minimum 2+ years of industry experience in a relevant process area.">
- Previous experience in sales compensation systems is preferred (SAP Commissions, Varicent, Forma.ai, etc.).">
- Ability to establish strong relationships within Stryker divisions and geographies.">
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.">
- A competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience.">
