About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SEO Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives organic traffic and enhances engagement rates. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Product Owners, UX professionals, and engineers to shape the product's future direction and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO and content strategy, including supporting with roadmap prioritisation and planning.
- Drive the design of an AI-integrated content generation process, prioritizing high-quality output and efficiency.
- Aim to boost organic traffic by 20% and enhance engagement rates from landing pages to the core product by 30%.
Team and Reporting
You will be reporting to Bianca, our Product Owners & UX Manager, who oversees the overall product vision and design. As the most senior member of your team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the overall SEO direction and ensuring that the team is aligned and focused on reaching as many students as possible.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of professional experience in SEO with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SEO strategies (with a ROI mindset) that significantly improved organic traffic.
- A very strong understanding of user analytics, technical SEO, organic search, and SEO content.
- Be able to be hands-on and work strategically, and help creating and maintaining an SEO vision and strategy, prioritised roadmap, and planning.
- Experience in 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other tools for SEO management.
- Fluent in English.
