Job Title: Key Account Manager Aesthetic Dermatology - Benelux

We are seeking an ambitious Key Account Manager to join our team in Breda, reporting directly to the Head of Sales Aesthetics Benelux. The successful candidate will partner with private equity and drive sales for clearly defined key accounts in the Aesthetic business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored solutions and services to key accounts to increase their productivity and expand their demand for Galderma products.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing functions to leverage customer contacts and optimize market understanding.
  • Monitor and review sales and market evolution, as well as customer segmentation, using clear metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing positions in the Aesthetic Market or other medical device-related business.
  • Knowledge of KOLs and key accounts in the industry is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Understanding of patient flow and processes at clinics.
  • Experience with private equity and understanding their business needs to partner with them.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
  • Professional level in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.
  • Passion for sales and client relations.
  • Results-oriented, ambitious, and enthusiastic.
