Senior Business Development Manager

- Identify market opportunities and develop prospects for commercial projects.
- Lead large, cross-functional teams in atmospheric gases and clean energy, developing technical and commercial concepts for Linde's offerings to customers and partners.
- Establish new business cases, including financial modeling and supporting P&L owners for IC approvals.
- Develop and commercialize new business models, taking ownership of complex partnerships and joint ventures.
- Safeguard safe and reliable project execution, providing expertise and experience for other parts of the organization.
- Minimum BSc in Engineering, Sciences, or Economics, preferably a Master's degree or MBA/PhD.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing complex, international projects and teams across multiple business functions.
- Proven experience in large projects, preferably investment projects or joint ventures within the energy, refining, chemicals, or related sectors.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Will to travel within Europe (20%).
- Ability to face new challenges and contribute to the company's digital transformation project.
