Senior Authorization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Authorization Specialist to join our Application Support team at Triodos Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing authorizations within our SailPoint application, ensuring that only the right people have access to the necessary services.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine the direction and roadmap for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage authorizations according to established processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Take care of authentications, ensuring that access is granted to the right people, at the right time.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, providing timely and effective support.
- Support colleagues in projects, leveraging your expertise to drive success.
- Identify and improve existing processes, contributing to a professional and efficient organization.
- Connect and integrate applications with our existing environment, ensuring seamless functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in ICT or equivalent working experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A clear vision on authorization management, with the ability to translate it into a roadmap and plan.
- Experience with SailPoint and Agile environments.
- A curious, enthusiastic, and open-minded individual with a hands-on and learning attitude.
- Demonstrable affinity with the mission and values of Triodos Bank.
